Estimation of the consolidated profit of the Budimex Group for Q3 2020

The Management Board of Budimex SA informs that the estimated consolidated financial result of the Budimex Group for Q3 2020 was PLN 146 million, which represents an increase of PLN 81 million (125%) compared to the respective period of the previous year.

The group noted a significant increase in the net profit in the development segment, resulting from an increase in the number of signed notarial deeds (465 notarial deeds signed in Q3 2020 compared to 282 notarial deeds in Q3 2019). In the construction segment, the Budimex Group recorded an increase in sales and improved profitability compared to Q3 2019.

Publishing the abovementioned piece of information is the result of a significant change in the level of the net financial result within the given period.
