Estimated Budimex Group consolidated net profit for 1 quarter 2019

The Management Board of Budimex SA informs that the consolidated net financial result of Budimex Group for the first quarter of 2019 was PLN 29 million which represents a decrease of PLN 34 million (-54%) compared to the respective period of the previous year. Construction segment net profit for the first quarter of 2019 was PLN 6 million which represents a decrease of PLN 33 million (-85%) compared to the respective period of the previous year.

The decrease in the consolidated net profit results mainly from the decline in profitability of the construction segment related to the increase in material prices and subcontractor services cost.

Publishing the abovementioned piece of information is the result of a significant change in the level of the net financial result within the given period.
