If any employee or cooperator of a company from Budimex Group on the area of a workplace/construction site is suspected to be infected with an epidemiological agent:
1. Inspect the situation and collect information about the symptoms (>38°C fever, cough and/or shortness of breath);
2. Prepare/verify the availability of data of the potentially sick person:
3. Find the nearest District Sanitary-epidemiological Station, click on the "site" icon on the left, where you will find a contact number and/or an e-mail address.
4. Make a phone call to the District Sanitary-Epidemiological Station, and if nobody answers the call, send an e-mail with a description of the situation and the above information.
5. Provide/ensure the transmission (personally by the patient) of the collected data and follow the instructions of the epidemiological services.
6. While waiting for a response/arrival of emergency services, collect information about employees who had *close contact with the patient without using personal protective equipment (fist and last name, contact details).
7. Employees who had close contact with the patient without using personal protective equipment should be separated from other persons at the workplace until other instructions are received from the epidemiological services.
8. Report the event to your employer and the Budimex Group company at the premises of which you are performing your work (use the reaction chain, the Budimex mechanism with the alert list of persons on the contract/in the office, or inform the employee of the Budimex Group company supervising your work).
9. Follow the instructions of the epidemiological authority.
