Energy and industrial projects
Energy and industrial are key sectors for Budimex expansion. For many years now, we have been carrying out construction works within the scope of such projects. Depending on the scale, we offer implementation of projects both as a general contractor and also in consortia with leading companies from the power and industrial sectors.
Extensive experience in the Polish market, successful implementation of numerous projects and good relations with our customers allowed Budimex for establishing strong position and reliable brand.
We cooperate with such renowned companies as: Mitsubishi Hitachi Power System, Siemens, Alstom, GE, Andritz AG, Valmet, Metso, Keppels Seghers, Steinmuller Babcock, SELPOL S.A., Fluor, and CB&I.
We participate in numerous tender proceedings in the energy and industrial sectors, whereby we offer general contracting in building coal and gas and vapour units, performance of deliveries of key power plant installations such as steam-turbine generators, steam and water boilers. We are interested in building of energy transmission lines, construction of gas transmission pipelines, water treatment plants, flue gas desulphurisation and denitrification plants, specialized process and construction works in industrial plants, etc.
Recently, we have successfully completed construction of the Waste Treatment Plant in Białystok. We are also continuing implementation of numerous other projects such as the construction of a new power unit at the Turów Power Plant, a new peak load boiler plant at EDF Poland in Gdańsk, construction of a denitrification installation and modernization of a flue gas desulphurisation plant at the CHP Siekierki, and construction a water decarbonation system at Orlen S.A. in Plock.
