Annex to the General Lease Agreement with Millennium Leasing Sp. z o.o

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 29 September 2021 it was informed about Millennium Leasing Sp. z o.o.'s signature of an annex to the General Lease Agreement (“Agreement”), the conclusion of and amendments to which were communicated by the company in current reports No 52/2016 of 14 July 2016, 73/2017 of 6 October 2017, 5/2019 of 16 January 2019, 60/2019 of 11 September 2019, 7/2020 of 23 January 2020 and 8/2021 of 26 January 2021.

Under the Agreement, Budimex SA may conclude one-off fixed asset lease agreements with Millennium Leasing Sp. z o.o. up to the total amount of PLN 120 million (“Limit”).

The one-off lease agreements may be concluded until 13 June 2023. Within the Limit granted, the one-off lease agreements may be also concluded by Millennium Leasing Sp. z o.o. and the following Budimex Group companies: Budimex Kolejnictwo SA – up to PLN 120 million, and Mostostal Kraków SA – up to PLN 20 million.
