New Member of the Supervisory Board of Budimex SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA. informs that the Supervisory Board of Budimex SA, acting on the basis of the Company's Articles of Association, in connection with the resignation submitted by Mr. Javier Galindo Hernandez (report No 68/2021) added Mr Mario Mostoles Nieto the Supervisory Board of Budimex SA.

 

Mr Mario Mostoles Nieto was awarded the title of Engineer at the University of Technology in Madrid, the, between 2006 and 2007 – the Executive MBA title at the IE Business School in Spain and, in 2014, he completed the Advance Management Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

He has worked at Ferrovial Group since 2001. Initially in implementation of contracts in Canada, then in Portugal and Ireland as a contract director. In 2007, he started working as a director of Ferrovial Agroman Ireland responsible for the activities of Ferrovial Agroman in Ireland, including mainly the implementation of the M50 and M3 motorways PPP project and the development of the business through cooperation with local partners. In 2010, he became the CEO of Trinity infrastructure LLC as part of Ferrovial Agroman SA’s activities in the United States. In 2014, he became the Managing Director of Ferrovial Agroman UK & Ireland, responsible for its entire operations. Since February 2020, he has been the Human Capital Director of Ferrovial Construction.

 

In accordance with his representation, Mr Mario Mostoles Nieto does not conduct any business activity competitive to the business of Budimex S.A., he does not own interest in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, a partnership or a capital company, and he does not own interest in a competitive legal person as a member of its bodies, and he is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept under the law on the National Court Register.
