Change in the date of submission of half-year report

With reference to the current report No. 4/2021 of 20 January 2021, the Management Board of Budimex SA informs that the date of publication of the consolidated report of the Budimex Group for the first half of 2021 has changed.

Due to the audit of the condensed financial statements of Budimex SA, in connection with the intention to pay an advance for dividend for 2021, about which the Management Board of Budimex SA informed in the current report No. 53/2021 of 17 June 2021, the consolidated half-year report containing this report will be released to the public on 3 September 2021.
