Estimation of the consolidated net financial result of the Budimex Group for Q2 2020

The Management Board of Budimex SA informs that the consolidated net profit of the Budimex Group for Q2 2020 was PLN 91 million, which represents an increase of PLN 47 million (107%) compared to the respective period of the previous year.

The increase in consolidated net profit is mainly due to high sales in the development segment, where 618 notarial agreements were concluded in the second quarter, as well as consolidation of 100% of the results of the FBSerwis Group (until 30 June 2019, the Budimex Group consolidated the results of the FBSerwis Group using the equity method, in the proportion of 49%).

Publishing the abovementioned piece of information is the result of a significant change in the level of the net financial result within the given period.
