Pre-sales and sales of flats in the 3rd quarter of 2019

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that in the 3rd quarter of 2019, Budimex Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Budimex S.A.) concluded 555 pre-sale agreements on the sales of residential premises compared to 301 agreements concluded in the 3rd quarter of 2018. From the 1st to the 3rd quarter of 2019, the company concluded 1,286 of the same agreements compared to 810 agreements concluded in the same period of the previous year.

The number of notarial deeds transferring the ownership to residential premises the company concluded in the 3rd quarter of 2019 amounted to 282 compared to 228 deeds concluded in the 3rd quarter of 2018. From the 1st to the 3rd quarter of 2019, the company concluded 1,229 of the same deeds compared to 1,335 deeds concluded in the same period of the previous year.
