Resignation of the Managing Person in Budimex SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA kindly informs that on 3 October 2019 Henryk Urbański, a member of the Management Board of Budimex SA and the President of the Management Board of Budimex Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Budimex SA), with a view to retiring, submitted his resignation from his function of a member of the Management Board of Budimex SA and President of the Management Board of Budimex Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. with effect from 31 December 2019.

By way of an internal competition within the Budimex Group, Damian Kapitan was appointed for the position of President of the Management Board of Budimex Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. The delegation of this role is planned for 1 January 2020. Currently, Damian Kapitan is a Member of the Management Board of Budimex Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. and Director of the implementation line, and is recommended by Henryk Urbański for the role of President of this company.

At this stage, the position of President of the Management Board of Budimex Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. shall not be linked to the role of a Member of the Management Board of Budimex SA.
