Signing of an annex to the Bank Guarantee Line Contract with Bank Zachodni WBK

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. reports that on 20 April 2012 it received from Bank Zachodni WBK ("the Bank") an annex to the Bank Guarantee Line Contract. Budimex S.A. ("the Company") informed about this contract in Current Report no. 89/2009 of 16 October 2009 and in subsequent reports no. 33/2010 of 21 April 2010 and no. 36/2011 of 28 April 2011.
Pursuant to the annex, the deadline when the Company may order the Bank to issue bank guarantees has been prolonged until 31 May 2012.
Other provisions of the Contract remain unchanged.
The contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
