The Management Board of Budimex SA announces the content of a response given to the Company’s Stockholder outside the General Meeting:
The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that, as at 20 July 2011, it is not aware of any information which could be considered to be material for the equity market and which has not been disclosed to the public according to the applicable laws. The Company’s situation is good and there have been no occurrences inside the company that may justify a rapid decrease of Budimex SA’s stock price on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
