Słowacki Route in Gdańsk Task no. 3 - information about the selection of the offer by Budimex SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 30 June 2011 it received from Gdańskie Inwestycje Komunalne Sp. z o.o., with its registered seat in Gdansk, the company acting for and on behalf of the City Commune of Gdańsk, a notification on the selection of the Budimex S.A. offer as the most favourable offer in the public procurement proceedings in the form of an open tender for the carrying out of construction works under the project "The connection of the Airport with the Gdańsk Seaport - Słowacki Route. Task no. 3 Section - Aleja gen. Józefa Hallera - Marynarka Polska interchange.

• The contract is worth PLN 109,748,361.00 net
• Commencement date: immediately upon concluding the contract
• Deadline: 16 months from the date of concluding the contract
• Guarantee period: 60 months
• Financial terms and conditions:
  • Payment: 28 days from the date of submitting the invoice to the Contracting Authority
  • Bank guarantee of successful execution – 10% of the gross contract value
• Maximum penalties paid by the Contractor: 10%
• The Contracting Authority is entitled to claim compensation pursuant to general rules, if the value of damage does not exceed the value of the penalties

The contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex S.A.
