Signing of an Annex to the credit contract with Bank PEKAO SA

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. reports that on 17 June 2011 it received from Bank PEKAO SA ("the bank") information on the signing of an annex to credit contract No. 2008/268/DDF of 12 August 2008 ("the contract"). Budimex S.A. informed about this contract and the changes to this contract in current reports No. 47/2008 of 12 August 2008, 67/2009 of 13 August 2009 and 38/2010 of 4 May 2010.
Pursuant to the Annex the following amendments to the Contract were introduced:

• The credit limit was increased from PLN 473,000,000 (four hundred and seventy-three million złoty) to PLN 699,000,000 (six hundred and ninety-nine million złoty)
• Under the credit limit, Budimex is given an overdraft limit of up to PLN 200,000,000 (two hundred million złoty) until 31 December 2011 and may order the bank to issue bank guarantees up to PLN 523,000,000 (five hundred and twenty-three million złoty) until 30 May 2012
• The remaining conditions of the agreement are not altered

The Agreement value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
