Signing of an Annex to the Bank Guarantee Line Contract with Bank Millennium SA
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. reports that on 30 May 2011 it signed an Annex to the Bank Guarantee Line Contract dated 31 July 2009 with Bank Millennium SA. The Company reported on this Contract in Current Report no. 62/2009 of 4 August 2009.
Pursuant to the Annex the deadline when the Company may order the Bank to issue bank guarantees has been prolonged until 29 May 2012.
Other provisions of the Contract remain unchanged.
The Agreement value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
