The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 27 May 2011 the company was informed of the sale of shares of Budimex SA by an entity closely related to a Member of the Budimex SA Supervisory Board.
Transaction details:
1. During the trading session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 24 May 2011, 3,830 of Budimex SA shares were purchased at PLN 100.65 per share. The total value of the transactions was PLN 385,490.84.
