Pre-sales and sales of flats in the 3rd quarter of 2018

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that in the 3rd quarter of 2018, Budimex Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Budimex S.A.) concluded 301 pre-sale agreements on the sales of residential premises compared to 334 agreements concluded in the 3rd quarter of 2017. From the 1st to the 3rd quarter of 2018, the company concluded 810 of the same agreements compared to 1,220 agreements concluded in the same period of the previous year.

The number of notarial deeds transferring the ownership to residential premises the company concluded in the 3rd quarter of 2018 amounted to 228 compared to 596 deeds concluded in the 3rd quarter of 2017. From the 1st to the 3rd quarter of 2018, the company concluded 1,335 of the same deeds compared to 1,488 deeds concluded in the same period of the previous year.
