Signing of annex to the agreement for limit on bank guarantees with BZWBK
The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 28 April 2011 it received from Bank Zachodni WBK ("Bank") an annex to the Agreement for the Limit on Bank Guarantees, the conclusion of which was mentioned by Budimex S.A. ("Company") in its current report no. 89/2009 of 16 October 2009 and the next report: no 33/2010 of 21 April 2010.
According to the Annex:
The date by which the Company may request the Bank to issue bank guarantees is extended to 19 April 2012.
Other terms of the Loan Agreement remain unchanged.
The agreement value exceeds 10% of Budimex S.A. equities
