Extension of the term of the credit agreement with Bank PEKAO SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 3 July 2018 it was notified by Bank PEKAO SA of the conclusion of an annex to the credit agreement of 12 August 2008, the conclusion of which and amendments thereto were reported by Budimex in current reports No 47/2008 of 12 August 2008, 67/2009 of 13 August 2009, 38/2010 of 4 May 2010, 54/2011 of 17 June 2011, 30/2012 of 30 May 2012, 36/2012 of 3 July 2012, 27/2013 of 17 April 2013, 46/2013 of 9 July 2013, 28/2015 of 15 May 2015, 40/2015 of 2 July 2015, 66/2015 of 22 September 2015, 47/2016 of 6 July 2016 and 50/2017 of 3 July 2017.

Under the agreement, Budimex can order the bank to issue bank guarantees of up to PLN 800,000,000. The agreement was in force until the end of June 2018. Under the aforementioned annex, the term of the agreement was extended until 30 June 2019.

Other significant provisions of the agreement will remain unchanged.
