Annex to the Agreement on bank guarantees with Societe Generale SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA notifies that on 13 June 2018 Budimex SA was notified by Societe Generale Spółka Akcyjna about the signing of an annex to the framework agreement on the bank guarantee line. Budimex SA announced the conclusion of that agreement and the amendments thereto in the current reports No 70/2017 dated 28 September 2017 and No 18/2018 dated 3 April 2018. Pursuant to the annex, the term by which Budimex SA may request that the Bank issue bank guarantees was extended by 30 June 2018. Other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The value of the agreement exceeds the threshold of PLN 127,386 thousand
