Annex for bank guarantees with BZ WBK

The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 11 June 2018 it was informed by Bank Zachodni WBK SA about the signing of an annex to the agreement on limit for bank guarantees of which Budimex had notified in the current reports: No 47/2014 of 5 June 2014, No 36/2015 of 9 June 2015, No 44/2016 of 15 June 2016 and No 44/2017 of 7 June 2017.

Under the agreement, Budimex SA may request that the Bank issue bank guarantees up to the amount of PLN 416 million. Pursuant to the annex, the term by which Budimex SA may request that the Bank issue guarantees was extended by 31 May 2019.

Other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.

The value of the contract exceeds the threshold of PLN 127,368,000
