Selected financial data of the Budimex Group for the year 2010

Due to the submission of financial information to Grupo Ferrovial S.A., an entity dominant over Budimex S.A., the Management Board of Budimex S.A. publishes selected financial data from the consolidated financial statement of the Budimex Group prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the year 2010 and comparable data for the year 2009.
Net revenue from sale of products, goods and materials: PLN 4,430,269 thousand as compared to PLN 3,289,866 thousand in 2009.
Operating profit: PLN 331,259 thousand as compared to PLN 200,511 thousand in 2009.
Gross profit PLN 331,892 thousand as compared to PLN 224,181 thousand in 2009.
Net profit attributable to shareholders of a dominant entity: PLN 267,561 thousand as compared to PLN 173,658 thousand in 2009.
Moreover, the Management Board of Budimex announces that the order portfolio of Budimex Group totalled PLN 6,895 million at the end of 2010.
In 2010 Budimex Nieruchomości presold 975 flats and sold 946 premises by notarial deed.
