The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 4 November 2010 the company was informed of the purchase of shares of Budimex SA by an entity closely related to a member of the Budimex SA Supervisory Board.
Transaction details:
- During the trading session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 29 October 2010, 1,900 of Budimex SA shares were purchased at PLN 104.02 per share. Total value of the transactions was PLN 197,635.42.
