Signing of an amendment extending the Agreement on bank guarantees with Haitong Bank SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA informs that on 07 December 2017 it was informed by Haitong Bank S.A. Spółka Akcyjna Oddział w Polsce (former: Banco Espirito Santo de Investimento S.A. Oddział w Polsce) about the signing of an amendment to the credit agreement intended for issuing of bank guarantees. Budimex announced the conclusion of that agreement in the Current Report No 45/2012 dated 2 August 2012, in the announcement No 44/2015 of 14 July 2015, in the announcement No 46/2016 of 28 June 2016 and in the announcement No 48/2017 of 27 June 2017. Pursuant to the aforementioned amendment the term of the Agreement was extended until 30 November 2018. 
Other terms and conditions remain unchanged. 
The value of the contract exceeds the threshold of PLN 111,446 thousand.
