Signing an amendment to the Agreement on bank guarantees with CaixaBank SA Branch in Poland

The Management Board of Budimex SA hereby informs that on 30 November 2017 it was notified by CaixaBank SA Branch in Poland about the signing of an amendment to the Agreement on bank guarantees, of which the company had informed in its current reports No 102/2014 of 18 December 2014, No 6/2015 of 11 February 2015, No 22/2015 of 20 April 2015, No 88/2015 of 22 December 2015, No 75/2016 of 29 November 2016 and No 5/2017 of 6 February 2017.  Pursuant to the amendment, the term by which the company may request that the Bank issue guarantees was extended by 30 November 2018 and the amount of the limit to which Budimex may request the issuance of guarantees to the amount of PLN 350,000,000.
Other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
The value of the contract exceeds the threshold of PLN 111,446 thousand.
