Conclusion of an amendment to the credit agreement

The Management Board of Budimex SA would like to inform that on 29 November 2017, the Company has been notified by Bank Polska Kasa Opieki SA about the signing of an amendment to the facility agreement whereunder the said bank granted Budimex a committed, renewable credit limit securing the company’s financial liquidity for the amount of PLN 100,000,000 (say: one hundred million zlotys) for the period of 3.5 years.
Under the amendment to the loan agreement, conclusion of which the company reported in the current report No 28/2015 of 15 May 2015, Bank Polska Kasa Opieki SA extended the possible credit term until 14 May 2021 and increased the credit amount to PLN 100,000,000 (say: one hundred million zlotys).
For using the loan, the company will pay interest to the bank calculated according to the WIBOR base rate plus margin applicable to a given interest period.
To secure the repayment of liabilities under the aforementioned loan agreement, Budimex will submit to the bank a declaration of voluntary submission to enforcement, pursuant to the provisions of Civil Procedure Code.
The remaining provisions of the agreement are standard for agreements of this type.
The conclusion of the amendment described above together with amendments to the credit agreements about which the Company informed in the current report No 82/2017 of 20 November 2017 ensures the Company access to the committed, renewable credit limits securing the company’s financial liquidity for the total amount of PLN 400,000,000 (say: four hundred million zlotys) for the period of 3.5 years.
The grounds for providing the aforementioned information is conclusion of an agreement of a significant total value, exceeding 2% company’s income from sale.
