Signing annex to the line agreement on bank guarantees with Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA hereby announces that on 3 July 2017, it was informed about the signing by Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas SA of an annex to the Guarantee Line Agreement dated 25 April 2008. Budimex announced the conclusion of that agreement in the Current Report No 20/2008 of 28 April 2008. Last report No. 13/2017 of 10 March 2017.

Under the annexe, the limit amount to which Budimex can order the Bank to issue bank guarantees was increased from PLN 205,000,000 (say: two hundred five million zlotys) to PLN 350,000,000 (say: three hundred fifty million zlotys) and the term until which the Company may order the Bank to issue guarantees has been prolonged until 30 April 2018.

The other provisions of the agreement remain unchanged.
