Annex extending the Agreement on bank guarantees with Haitong Bank S.A. Spółka Akcyjna Oddział w Polsce
The Management Board of Budimex SA informs that on 27 June this year it was informed by the Haitong Bank S.A. Spółka Akcyjna Oddział w Polsce (former: Banco Espirito Santo de Investimento S.A. Oddział w Polsce) about the signing of the annexe to the credit agreement intended for issuing of bank guarantees. Budimex announced the conclusion of that agreement in the Current Report No 45/2012 dated 2 August 2012, in the announcement No 44/2015 and in the announcement No 46/2016.
Pursuant to the aforementioned annexe, the term of the Agreement was extended until 30 November 2017. Other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
The value of the contract amounts to PLN 120,000 thousand and exceeds the threshold of PLN 111,446 thousand.
