The ruling on discontinuance of court proceedings becomes final

In relation to the report no. 76/2016 of 07 December 2016 and the report no. 17/2017 of 15 March 2017 on the legal action taken by the State Treasury - the General Director for National Roads and Motorways ("Claimant") against Budimex SA and two other entities on the amount in dispute of PLN 539,957,535 (say: five hundred thirty-nine million nine hundred fifty-seven thousand five hundred thirty-five Polish zlotys), the Management Board of Budimex SA hereby informs that 04 May 2017 it was notified that the court ruling of 15 March 2017 on discontinuance of the proceedings in conjunction with the withdrawal of the entire claim in the case in question by the Claimant became final, which means that the proceedings launched by the action mentioned above has finally been concluded.
