Acquisition of 1 million of Budimex S.A. shares — notification from Nationale Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny

The Management Board of Budimex SA publishes the notification received from Nationale Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny on the basis of Article 69 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading and on public companies concerning the acquisition of 1 million of Budimex S.A. shares resulting in the Fund increasing the number of Budimex S.A. shares held above 5% of the number of votes in General Meeting of Budimex S.A.
