Appointment of the President of the Management Board of Budimex SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA hereby inform that on 28 March this year The Supervisory Board of Budimex SA appointed Dariusz Blocher the President of the Management Board, General Manager of Budimex SA, for the 9th joint term of office of the Management Board for years 2017, 2018 and 2019, which ends on the day of holding the Ordinary General Meeting of Budimex SA, during which the financial statements for 2019 will be approved. The said resolution of the Supervisory Board of Budimex SA enters into force on the day of holding the Ordinary General Meeting of Budimex SA in 2017 and granting discharge to Dariusz Blocher for the performance of his duties as the Member of the Management Board in 2016.

Dariusz Blocher graduated from Częstochowa University of Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Machine Construction. Following his graduation, Dariusz Blocher was employed at the Ahlstrom - Fakop Industrial Boiler Factory. In the period from 1993 – 1994 he worked at Proman s.c., a distribution company in Katowice, as a branch manager. From May 1994 to February 2002 he worked in Pepsi Co. Polska where he successively performed the functions of: Sales Department Manager of Silesia, Human Resources Officer in the Sales & Distribution Department; from September 1998: Human Resources Officer for HR policy at Pepsi Cola Poland manufacturing plants and headquarters. In 2007 Dariusz Blocher graduated from IESE Business School in Barcelona as a student of AMP (Advanced Management Program). From February 2002 member of the Management Board, HR Management Director at Budimex SA. From November 2007 – the President of the Management Board, General Manager of Budimex Dromex SA and Member of the Management Board of Budimex SA. From September 2009 – the President of the Management Board, General Manager of Budimex.

Dariusz Blocher does not pursue any business competitive to Budimex SA, and he is not a partner or a member of any competitive civil partnership or any other partnership, a member of a body of a capital company or a member of a body of any other competitive legal entity.
Dariusz Blocher has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept under the provisions of the Act on the National Court Register.
