Discontinuance of court proceedings

In relation to the current report no. 76/2016 of 7 December 2016 on the legal action taken by the State Treasury - the General Director for National Roads and Motorways ("Claimant") against Budimex SA and two other entities on the amount in dispute of PLN 539,957,535 (say: five hundred thirty-nine million nine hundred fifty-seven thousand five hundred thirty-five Polish zlotys), the Management Board of Budimex SA hereby informs that the answer to the lawsuit in the present case was filed on 31 January 2017. On 15 March 2017 information was received on discontinuance of proceedings in connection with the withdrawal of the claim by the Claimant in this case. The decision concerning the discontinuance of the proceedings is not final and can be appealed within 7 days.  It shall become final and legally binding after the expiry of that period.
