Signing of an annex to the Guarantee Line Agreement with Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 10 March 2017 it received information that Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas SA had signed an annex to the Guarantee Line Agreement of 25 April 2008, the conclusion of which Budimex SA announced in current report no. 20/2008 of 28 April 2008. Under the annex the bank extended the deadline for Budimex to request the bank to issue bank guarantees to 16 February 2018. The remaining provisions of the agreement remain unchanged. Under the Agreement the bank provided Budimex with a guarantee limit of PLN 205,000,000. As security for the performance of obligations arising under the Agreement, Budimex made a representation on voluntary submission to bank enforcement under the provisions of Article 777 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
