Signing an annexe to the Agreement on bank guarantees with CaixaBank SA Branch in Poland

The Management Board of Budimex SA hereby informs that on 29 November 2016, it was notified by CaixaBank SA Branch in Poland about the signing of an annexe to the Agreement on bank guarantees, of which the company had informed in its current reports No 102/2014 of 18 December 2014, No 6/2015 of 11 February 2015, No 22/2015 of 20 April 2015 and No 88/2015 of 22 December 2015.

Pursuant to the annexe, the term by which the company may request that the Bank issue guarantees was extended by 30 November 2017.
 

Other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.

The value of the Agreement exceeds the threshold of PLN 102,680 thousand.
