Annex to the Insurance Guarantees Agreement with Ergo Hestia.

Please be informed by the Management Board of Budimex SA that on 24 August 2016, Budimex was notified about concluding an Annex to the Agreement with Sopockie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Ergo Hestia SA with the seat in Sopot, concerning cooperation in the scope of granting insurance guarantees within the assigned guarantee limit of 18 May 2009, of which the Company informed in its current reports No 01/2011, No 19/2011, No 09/2012, No 18/2013, No 96/2014 and No 36/2016. As agreed in the Annex, the total guarantee amount for all guarantees issued under the Agreement shall not exceed PLN 300,000,000.

Other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.

The value of the Agreement concluded with Sopockie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Ergo Hestia SA exceeds the threshold of PLN 102,680 thousand.
