Amendment to the General Agreement to grant contractual Insurance Guarantees with KUKE SA

The Management Board of Budimeks SA hereby gives notice that on 18 July 2016 it was informed of an amendment to the General Agreement to grant contractual insurance guarantees having been signed by Korporacja Ubezpieczeń Kredytów Eksportowych S.A. (“KUKE S.A.”), and the conclusion of the Agreement was reported by Budimex in the current report No 09/2015 of 20 February 2015. Pursuant to the amendment, the limit amount up to which Budimex may order KUKE S.A. to issue insurance guarantees was increased from PLN 45,000,000 (say: forty-five million zlotys) up to PLN 100,000,000 (say: one hundred million zlotys).
Other terms and conditions of the agreemend remain unchanged.
