Signing the Agreement to grant a lease limit with “PEKAO LEASING” Sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of Budimeks SA hereby gives notice that on 18 July 2016 it was informed of the Agreement to grant a lease limit having been signed by “PEKAO LEASING” Sp. z o.o. on 8 July 2016, where Budimex SA and “PEKAO LEASING” Sp. z o.o. are parties thereto. The agreement to grant a lease limit is that of framework agreement. As part of the agreement, “PEKAO LEASING” Sp. z o.o. may conclude one-time agreements with Budimex regarding the lease of fixed assets. Total value of the one-time lease agreements shall not exceed the limit amount of PLN 120,000,000 (say: one hundred twenty million zlotys). The one-time lease agreements may be concluded until 30 April 2018. Upon conclusion of each one-time agreement, Budimex shall establish security for the liabilities arising out of the agreement to be repaid to “PEKAO LEASING” Sp. z o.o., in the form of a blank promissory note with blank promissory note agreement.
