Annex to Bank Guarantee Agreement with Haitong Bank S.A. Joint Stock Company, Poland Branch

The Management Board of Budimex SA would like to inform that on 28 June 2016, we received information from Haitong Bank S.A. Joint Stock Company, Poland Branch (previously known as: Banco Espirito Santo de Investimento S.A, Poland Branch) regarding signing an annex for a credit agreement. It is intended for issuing bank guarantees, the conclusion of which the company reported in report no. 45/2012, dated 2 August 2012 and in communication no. 44/2015. Under the above mentioned annex, the term of the agreement conditions has been extended to 20 June 2017. The provisions of the annex shall enter into force after Budimex submits a declaration that they intend to execute under Article. 777 § 1 section 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
Other terms and conditions in the agreement remain unchanged.
The contract value exceeds 10% of Budimex SA equity.
