Agreement on bank guarantee line with Societe Generale SA Bank Branch in Poland

The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 16 June 2016 it was informed by Societe Generale SA Bank Branch in Poland about the signing of the agreement on a bank guarantee line.
Under the foregoing agreement, Budimex SA may request that the Bank issue bank guarantees to the aggregate amount of PLN 200,000,000 (say: two hundred million zlotys). The agreement was concluded for the period until 28 February 2017. The agreement in question shall replace the existing agreement on a bank guarantee line concluded by and between the bank and Budimex SA of which Budimex had notified in the current report No 37/2011 of 4 May 2011.
The remaining provisions of the agreement are standard for agreements of this type.
The value of the Agreement exceeds 10% of Budimex SA’s equity.
