Annex to agreement on bank guarantees with Bank Zachodni WBK SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 15 June 2016 it was informed by Bank Zachodni WBK SA about the signing of an annex to the agreement on limit for bank guarantees of which Budimex had notified in the current reports: No 47/2014 of 5 June 2014 and No 36/2015 of 9 June 2015
Pursuant to the annex, the term by which Budimex SA may request that the Bank issue bank guarantees was extended by 31 May 2017.
The other provisions of the agreement remain unchanged.
