The construction of a research and development centre for Mondelez International RD&Q Sp. z o.o. — a new contract of Budimex SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA would like to inform you that on 6 June 2016 the company concluded the subsequent contract on the construction of a research and development centre with Mondelez International RD&Q Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław.
The total value of contracts concluded with the investor within the last 12 months is: PLN 61,096,426.31 net.
Date of signing the contract of the highest value: 6 June 2016
Contract value:  PLN 49,000,000.00 net.
Works commencement date: 6 June 2016
Works completion date: 13 February 2017
Guarantee period:
5 years from the issue of Work Acceptance Certificate
10 years from the issue of roof tightness certificate (from the issue of the Work Acceptance Certificate)
Financial terms and conditions:
Advance payment: no
Payment: 60 days from the date of receipt by the Engineer of a valid invoice and clearing to be used as the basis for issuing of the Interim Payment Certificate.
Guarantee deposit: 10% of the Accepted net Contract Amount.
Bank performance bond: 17% of the Accepted net Contract Amount.

Maximum penalties:
20% of the Accepted net Contract Amount.

The value of contracts signed with the investor within the last 12 months exceeds 10% of the equity capital of Budimex SA.
