Appointment of the Managers

The Management Board of Budimex SA informs that on 14 March 2016, the Supervisory Board of Budimex SA, upon the request of the President of the Management Board, CEO of Budimex SA, appointed Mr Radosław Górski, Head of General Construction, and Mr Artur Popko, Head of the Infrastructural Construction, to perform the function of a member of the Management Board for the 8th joint term of office in 2014, 2015, and 2016. The 8th term of office ends on the day of holding the Ordinary General Meeting of Budimex SA, during which the financial statements for 2016 shall be approved.

Radosław Górski, a graduate of the Construction and Engineering Faculty of the Poznań University of Technology. In 2010, he completed a Management Programme delivered by ICAN INSITUTE.  Having completed his studies, in 1997, he joined Budimex S.A., where, in 2004, he became a Regional Director, and from 2007 — a Branch Director for General Construction East. In 2013, he became the Construction Director, and since then he has been managing the General Construction division.  Radosław Górski does not operate any business competitive to the operations of Budimex SA, and he is not a partner or a member in any civil partnership, any other partnership, or a member of a body in a capital company or any other competitive legal entity.

Radosław Górski is not recorded in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.

Artur Popko, a graduate of the Civil and Environmental Engineering Faculty of the Bialystok University of Technology with a major in Transport Infrastructure Engineering. Between 2000 and 2002, he worked as a Construction Engineer in Oleckie Przedsiębiorstwo Drogowo-Mostowe (Olecko Roads and Bridges Construction Company); next, until 2004, he was employed as a construction manager and implemented one of the biggest infrastructure projects — the construction of the A2 motorway on behalf of NCC Polska. Since mid-2004, he was associated with Budimex Dromex SA where he worked as a construction manager, and later on as a contract manager. In 2009, he was promoted to the position of a Regional Director. From 2011, he was the Director of Transport Infrastructure Engineering. In 2014, he became the Director of Infrastructure Engineering at Budimex SA.

Artur Popko does not operate any business competitive to the operations of Budimex SA, and he is not a partner or a member in any civil partnership, any other partnership, or a member of a body in a capital company or any other competitive legal entity.

Artur Popko is not recorded in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
