Recommendation on dividend payment

The Management Board of Budimex SA informs that it has decided to recommend to the Annual Ordinary General Meeting taking a decision on dividend payment in 2016 in the amount of PLN 8.14 (say: eight zloty, fourteen grosz) gross per share.

It proposes that the dividend be paid from the net profit for the period of 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2015, amounting to PLN 207,814,997.72 (say: two hundred and seven million eight hundred and fourteen thousand nine hundred and ninety seven zloty, seventy-two grosz). It is recommended that the remaining profit of PLN 193,302.32 (say: one hundred and ninety three thousand three hundred and two zloty, thirty-two grosz) be assigned to supplementary capital.

It is further recommended that the dividend be paid on all shares of Budimex SA, i.e. 25,530,098 (say: twenty-five million five hundred and thirty thousand ninety-eight) shares.

The Management Board of Budimex SA recommends that the dividend day, i.e. the day of determining the list of shareholders eligible to dividend for 2015, should be 6 May 2016, and the dividend payment day should fall on 24 May 2016.
