Signing of an annex to the Insurance Guarantee Agreement with KUKE S.A.
The Management Board of Budimex SA hereby announces that on 19 February 2016 it was informed that KUKE S.A. (Korporacja Ubezpieczeń Kredytów Eksportowych S.A.) signed an annex to the General Contract on granting insurance guarantees, the conclusion of which was reported in the current report No 09/2015 of 20 February 2015.
Pursuant to the annex, it was agreed that the agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.
Other provisions of the agreement remain unchanged.
The value of the agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
