Annex to the contract for continuation of construction of the A4 motorway at the Rzeszów–Jarosław section

Further to the current report No 75/2014 of 16 September 2014, the Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 19 January 2016 the Consortium of Budimex SA (Consortium leader with 50% of shares) and Strabag sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Pruszków (Consortium partner with 50% of shares) signed with the Rzeszów Branch of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways an annex to the contract concluded on 16 September 2014 for “Continuation of the construction of the A4 motorway at the section Rzeszów (Eastern junction) – Jarosław (Wierzbno junction) from km 581+263.44 to km 622+463.44 along with the necessary technical infrastructure, structures and construction facilities”.

The annex increases the maximum value of liability from the gross amount of PLN 769,860,961.23 (say: seven hundred and sixty nine million eight hundred and sixty thousand nine hundred and sixty one zlotys 23/100) to the amount of PLN 985,709,828.88 (say: nine hundred and eighty five million seven hundred and nine thousand eight hundred and twenty eight zlotys 88/100).

Other provisions of the contract shall remain unchanged.

The annex value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
