Dates for publishing periodic financial statements in 2016

Pursuant to § 103(1) of the Regulation of the Minister for Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent, as amended (“the Regulation”), the Management Board of Budimex SA announces the dates for publishing periodic statements in 2016.

Pursuant to § 83(1) and § 83(3) of the Regulation, the consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated half-year report will include quarterly and half-year condensed unconsolidated financial statements, respectively. Therefore, in 2016, Budimex SA will not publish separate unconsolidated quarterly reports or a separate unconsolidated half-year report for the first half of 2016.

Pursuant to § 102(1) of the Regulation, Budimex SA will not publish the quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2015 and — pursuant to § 101(2) of the Regulation — the Company will not publish the consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2016.

Dates for publishing the reports:

1. Annual report of Budimex SA for 2015 — 15 March 2016

2. Consolidated annual report of the Budimex Group for 2015 — 15 March 2016

3. Consolidated quarterly reports of the Budimex Group:

   – for the first quarter of 2016 — 27 April 2016

   – for the third quarter of 2016 — 26 October 2016

4. Consolidated report of the Budimex Group for the first half of 2016 — 30 August 2016

At the same time, the Management Board would like to announce that due to the obligation to provide the strategic investor with financial data, the selected financial data from the consolidated financial statements of the Budimex Group for 2015 will be published on 24 February 2016, and data from the financial statements for the first 6 months of 2016 will be published on 27 July 2016.
