Extension of the shopping centre in Wrocław – entry of the conditional agreement into force

Further to the current report No 71/2015 of 6 October 2015, the Management Board of Budimex SA hereby notifies that on 29 December 2015 an annexe was signed with Womak OMEGA sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław to the contract for extension of the commercial and services facility located at Grabiszyńska Street in Wrocław.

The Annexe revokes the conditions suspending the entry of the contract into force.

Thereby, the contract enters into force.

The other essential provisions of the agreement remain unchanged.
