Signing of an annex to the agreement for contractual guarantees with TUiR Allianz Polska SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA notifies that on 29 December 2015 it was informed about TUiR Allianz Polska SA signing an annexe to the agreement on granting contractual insurance guarantees under the revolving limit of 8 October 2007.

Under the annexe, the effective term of the agreement has been extended until 30 November 2016 and the limit to which Budimex may request issuance of a guarantee has been increased to the amount of PLN 100,000,000 (say: one hundred million zloty).

The other essential provisions of the agreement remain unchanged. The value of the agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
