Signing an annexe to the Agreement on bank guarantees with CaixaBank SA Branch in Poland

The Management Board of Budimex SA hereby informs that on 22 December 2015 it was notified by CaixaBank SA Branch in Poland about the signing of an annexe to the Agreement on bank guarantees. Budimex SA informed of the conclusion of and amendments to the Agreement in Current Reports No 102/2014 dated 18 December 2014, No 6/2015 of 11 February 2015, and No 22/2015 of 20 April 2015.

Under the annexe, the limit amount for the bank guarantees that can be issued by the Bank at the request of Budimex SA was increased from PLN 150,000,000 (one hundred and fifty million zlotys) to PLN 250,000,000 (two hundred and fifty million zlotys) and the date by which the Company may request issuance of the guarantees from the Bank was extended until 30 November 2016.

Other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.

The value of the Agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
