Signing an annex to a contractual guarantees agreement with Euler Hermes SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA informs that on 2 November 2015, the company signed an annex to the agreement on providing contractual guarantees under the revolving limit of 28 August 2008, concluded with Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Euler Hermes SA, of which the company notified in the Current Report No 65/2009 dated 7 August 2009.

Pursuant to the annex, the limit to which the Company may instruct Euler Hermes SA to issue contractual guarantees was raised to PLN 120,000,000.00 (one hundred and twenty million zloty). The agreement is made for indefinite term.

The value of the agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
